As the Senior Interior Designer, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end workplace projects. Working directly with clients, shaping concepts, coordinating delivery teams, and ensuring the final outcome reflects the studio’s commitment to craft, integrity, and innovation. What You’ll Do Lead workplace interior projects from concept through to construction Work directly with clients to interpret briefs, present concepts, and build trust Develop interior schemes, FF&E selections, and Revit documentation packages Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and consultants through all delivery stages Attend site visits, review shop drawings, resolve issues, and protect design intent Collaborate closely with project managers to deliver seamless D&C outcomes Support junior/mid designers and contribute to a positive, idea-driven culture What You’ll Bring Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate experience in a design & construct environment with a focus on workplace commercial projects Proven client-facing capability and confidence leading presentations Solid Revit documentation skills and strong understanding of detailing Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for design construction Australian citizenship or permanent residency About the Studio A growing workplace interiors specialist with a strong presence in Sydney and Melbourne.
