About your role In this role, you will deliver high-quality analysis and reporting to support Activity Based Funding, performance improvement and informed decision-making across Metro South Health. Key responsibilities: * Provide accurate activity information to support service planning and activity management. * Develop complex reports and queries across large datasets using contemporary reporting tools. * Analyse and interpret data for benchmarking, utilisation studies and Health Round Table initiatives. * Develop and monitor WAU targets and manage DSS Panorama reporting for KPIs. * Build strong stakeholder relationships and support users of activity data through training and guidance. About you You are an experienced analyst with strong technical capability, excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to delivering quality insights. You will have: * Expertise in funding classifications and strong knowledge of clinical/financial reporting systems. * Proven ability to extract, analyse and interpret large and complex datasets. * Experience producing high-quality reports, submissions and complex documentation. * Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team. * Skills or experience in hospital funding (highly desirable).
