Nextt is looking for a caring, reliable Female Disability Support Worker to support a mature woman living with Parkinson’s disease in Coffs Harbour . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys calm evening routines, companionship, and creative, wellness-focused activities. About the Role You’ll be supporting a woman who enjoys yoga, meditation, fitness, puzzles, cooking, music, fashion, and art . Your role is to help her stay safe, comfortable, and supported during the evenings and mornings. Shifts Available: Wednesday, Friday & Saturday • 6pm–10pm (active support) • 10pm–6am (sleepover) • 6am–7am (morning support) What You’ll Be Doing Evening personal care and daily living support Assistance with meals, mobility, and medication Overnight sleepover support (occasional awake periods) Creating a calm, positive, and respectful environment About You Warm, patient, and reliable Enjoys supportive, hands-on care Comfortable joining in relaxing or creative activities Requirements: Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement) NDIS Worker Screening Check First Aid & CPR Manual Handling (preferred) Experience with sleepovers or evening shifts (advantageous) Pay Rates (SCHADS Award E3.1 – Casual) Base rate: $35.15/hr Afternoon shift: $38.67/hr Active night: $39.37/hr Saturday: $49.21/hr Sunday: $63.27/hr Public holiday: $77.33/hr
