We are seeking a skilled and reliable Security System Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electronic security systems at the Wellington Correctional Centre Complex delivering high-quality service to our customer. Responsibilities Installation and configuration of Honeywell and third-party security system equipment Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and fault rectification Provide technical support on system operations Maintain accurate documentation of installations Work collaboratively with team members and adhere to safety protocols Manage minor project works and engage sub-contractors Qualifications Technical experience with security systems preferred NSW Drivers License Trade qualification in Electrotechnology field desirable Ability to gain NSW Security License (2C) Interpret technical manuals, drawings, schedules and wiring diagrams Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Basic understanding of IP networking What We Offer Competitive wage and allowances Company vehicle provided Ongoing training and professional development Supportive environment with opportunities for career growth Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
