About the Role As a Melbourne-based Senior Ethics & Compliance Business Partner, you will be the trusted advisor helping the business operate ethically and with confidence. Reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance, you will provide expert guidance on how to embed compliance into everyday decision-making, translating complexity into clarity and creating practical, workable solutions. You will partner across Commercial, Medical, Finance, IT, Clinical and Corporate Affairs to anticipate risk, simplify processes, and strengthen a culture where doing the right thing is part of how the business succeeds.
