About the Role Our Technology team is looking for an experienced Appian Development & Support Specialist who is passionate about growing our brand and has demonstrated experience working in similar role at a senior level. The purpose of this role is to work with all function of Pepper to design, build, and support workflows for business and technology stakeholders. The Appian Developer will also be actively involved in supporting workflow integration & interfaces, and drive the adoption of standards, best practices and guidelines with respect to workflow development, automation and support. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll have: Education Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Experience 10 years of experience in Development & Support 8 years of Appian experience / Appian Lead Developer Certified Experience with development and DevOps tools (BitBucket, Jenkins) Ability to support, troubleshoot, deploy and tune code Experience using Java, Ajax and REST APIs Solid understanding of workflow design patterns and best practices Experience with SDLC processes such as code versioning, packaging, test driven development, continuous integration, test automation, code analysis, and code quality metrics Desirable Knowledge in ITIL, IT Service, Problem & Change Management Experience with API, REST and SOAP web services development, particularly with Mulesoft Implementing security for externally accessible front ends Experience with Salesforce Experience working in Agile DevOps environment CI/CD pipeline experience – Jenkins etc. Our Benefits We’re committed to making Pepper Money a great place to work and in doing so we will offer you a values-based and diverse environment, a leadership team that supports and inspires you to strive for success and a culture that rewards and recognises strong performance and potential.
