Company : Sime Darby Fleet Services Pty Ltd With a network of branches across WA, QLD, NSW & VIC Corefleet has become a supplier of choice in the provision of light commercial vehicle rental, lease, including set-up and maintenance, for the mining, oil and gas and civil construction sectors. We are looking to appoint a Rental Coordinator at our Moranbah Branch who will be the primary day to day point of contact for all customer requirements. What's on offer: A competitive salary package Eligibility to participate in an annual incentive scheme Access to employee benefits account including discounts on groceries, electronics and more Access to Employee Assistance Program Access to an annual Health and Wellbeing reimbursement program Permanent full-time position - Monday to Friday Company uniform Great team environment Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities include: Ensuring superior customer service is achieved Monitoring, tracking and organising fleet availability on a daily basis Completing all pre and post-rental procedures Ensuring the contract paperwork is accurately completed Inspecting the returned vehicle and completing the necessary reports Discussing damage and missing items with the customer and resolving the matter before finalising the contract Liaising with the National Sales team members for any major customer interactions and transactions Performing administration duties as required We are looking for an individual who has previous experience in customer service, hospitality & tourism or administration. Additionally, the position also requires the following: Excellent communication skills Ability to learn, understand and effectively sell the products and services of the business High attention to detail Sound computer literacy skills License to drive manual vehicles (C class) Knowledge of the vehicle industry and/or rental industry would be advantageous This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual who is passionate about customer service and has the ability to work collaboratively as a team to achieve targets.
