In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping our superannuation clients optimise operations, improve member outcomes, and deliver compliant, efficient advice solutions. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in superannuation , with a focus on business analysis, process improvement, and regulatory compliance . Advice/adviser knowledge — able to interpret advice processes, identify gaps, and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions. Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping skills, with experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders. Ability to liaise effectively with business stakeholders, financial advisers, and superannuation trustees to ensure business needs are clearly defined and delivered. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and measurable outcomes. A collaborative, proactive mindset with experience working in project and consulting environments .
