About The Role As a Senior Commercial Analyst in the Strategy & Transformation team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Kinyara Health grows and delivers value for clients and communities. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll turn complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decisions and drive execution. You’ll work closely with leaders across the organisation, support transformation initiatives, and contribute to projects that improve service efficiency, performance and client outcomes. You’ll also build business cases, inform commercial decisions, and uplift organisational tools and reporting frameworks - making a lasting impact on how the organisation operates. Key responsibilties: Build ad hoc financial and operational models to support transformation projects Collaborate with stakeholders to quantify impacts, opportunities and risks Track and manage transformation projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met Develop business cases and commercial proposals for strategic initiatives Produce executive-ready analysis, insights and presentations for decision-making Enhance dashboards, reporting frameworks and organisational tools to strengthen outcomes About You You’re a proactive, analytical professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and influencing outcomes.
