We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Commercial Advisor (Gas) to join our Market Services team in Perth on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Manager Contracts & Commercial Services, this role focuses on supporting APA’s customers and revenue-generating contracts. You’ll work closely with our external customers and internal stakeholders to ensure we deliver on our commercial commitments and maintain strong, long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Manage and administer revenue-based customer contracts for gas transmission and storage assets, ensuring value is maximised for both APA and our customers. Build and nurture relationships with APA’s existing customer portfolio, acting as a trusted commercial point of contact. Interpret complex transportation and storage agreements and provide clear, customer-focused commercial advice in a real-time operational environment. Maintain accurate contract records and support the continuous improvement of contract management processes. Partner with internal teams to provide commercial insights that support operational and strategic decision making. Your Background Experience in commercial contract management or customer-facing commercial roles within the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience. Understanding of gas commercial frameworks, transmission or storage agreements Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Legal qualifications or experience are beneficial but not essential. A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
