Our dealership based in Fortitude Valley is seeking a Senior F & I Business Manager to lead the F & I team at Brisbane BMW. Some of the duties that the successful applicant will carry out on a day to day basis include the following: Oversee the management of all aspects of the Finance & Insurance function for the Brisbane BMW/Brisbane MINI Garage dealerships ensuring the attainment of agreed F&I targets and budgets are met. Maximize total profit on vehicle sales by offering flexible finance arrangements to customers and developing/executing long term repeat business for the Company. Ensure the Finance Department is fully conversant with various financial structures, compliance and packages available to the Company’s client-base. Develop and manage individual plans that address improvement and performance issues for direct reports. Oversee the prompt and accurate preparation of documentation within the Finance department and keep records in a tidy and orderly manner. To be successful, you will have proven experience in a role of similar scope, with comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Insurance accompanied by superior selling skills. You must have excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to seek direction and assistance where appropriate. Confident IT skills, high attention to detail and proven capacity to work autonomously.
