We're looking for a Senior Digital Business Analyst to join a growing team and play a critical role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge digital initiatives across our financial services platforms. Day rate contract - Sydney candidates only About the Role As a Senior Digital Business Analyst, you'll be embedded in a cross-functional Agile team, working closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and stakeholders to define, shape, and deliver high-impact digital solutions. You'll be a key player in identifying business needs, mapping out processes, gathering and translating requirements, and ensuring alignment between digital solutions and strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for digital initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for digital optimisation. Develop detailed user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria. Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure solutions are user-centric and meet customer needs. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices and delivery frameworks. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure solution alignment. Support testing and change management activities across the project lifecycle. About You 10 years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 5 years in a digital environment. Strong background in financial services (banking, insurance, wealth, or superannuation) - must Demonstrated experience working on digital platforms, apps, or customer-facing technologies Demonstrated experience working on key superannuation, insurance or banking products Proven ability to lead analysis across complex programs with multiple stakeholders. Prior experience working on APIs Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
