We do this by partnering across the Group to create end-to-end (e2e) value through the discovery, development and deployment of innovative technology and process transformation across Productivity and Loss The Senior Business Analyst role will partner across the Program and the wider Business to validate the e2e economics of our Pipeline of Projects and support bringing these innovations to life in store. What you’ll do Partner with key stakeholders to provide timely insight on e2e Program performance (Customer & Team & P&L) with a keen eye on future risk or opportunities. Leading the development of detailed Project Reviews and Business Cases Provide Leadership and support as a Mentor across our Finance Chapter Assist the Senior Finance Manager in articulating Program strategies and preparing/presenting updates to Key Stakeholders Leading the forecast and budgeting process for project Opex & Capex and Program Overheads. Partner with the Business Units to budget and forecast including stores What you’ll bring You’ll be an experienced Finance Professional (min 5 years), who thrives working in an agile environment. You’ll also demonstrate the following: A proven flair for turning data into insights from strong data analysis and modelling skills The ability to take finance and non finance stakeholders through complex analysis utilising your creative storyboarding and data visualisation skills Demonstrated experience in influencing and communicating with senior stakeholders A self-starter that is organised with a drive to get things done Demonstrating the following skills will also be highly desirable; CA / CPA qualification (or working towards) preferred but not essential Good understanding of operating within large matrix organisations Everyone belongs at Woolworths Group We believe that diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are key to realising our purpose of better together for a better tomorrow.
