The role: As a key member of the team, you will lead and take ownership of the technical change initiatives essential to the successful delivery of the ieMR Cloud Enablement project. Your ability to foster strong, collaborative relationships with technical and application specialists, vendors, and end users will be critical to your success in this role. * Drive the implementation of technical changes aligned with the ieMR Cloud Enablement roadmap, under the direction of the Program Director. * Safeguard the continuity of enterprise system service delivery throughout the program's technical transformation. * Contribute to the creation, refinement, and deployment of application-specific documentation, including guides, work instructions, and technical forms (e.g. firewall request forms). * Deliver clear, timely updates and progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. * Initiate, influence, and maintain relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders. * Documenting knowledge artefacts required for the support and maintenance of new, enhanced and changed application software. * Assessing, understanding, and documenting the impact of application change to production services, integration points and components before production deployment. * Provide effective change management, capacity planning, risk management and continuity planning utilising best practices in systems support and service delivery, with the ITIL framework. * Ensure all changes, are delivered on schedule, and as planned in regard to impact to clients. * Ensure compliance and optimal performance of enterprise service levels by managing and performing the dissemination and implementation of policies, processes and standards for technical configuration of the enterprise infrastructure. The successful candidate will require strong knowledge of the ieMR system and a general understanding of Queensland Health enterprise and local clinical systems that integrate via the Enterprise Integration Platform. You will have demonstrated ability in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes and in the provision of high-level specialist advice and support for clinical applications. Your application should highlight your previous experience in ensuring that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT/Clinical Business environment. Additionally, you will have strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
