You’ll lead client work, guide junior accountants, and collaborate with Partners on strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Leading preparation and review of Financial Statements and Tax Returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs Overseeing BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG compliance Driving staff training and fostering a culture of continuous learning Providing tax planning and advisory services alongside Partners Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service Contributing to firm-wide leadership initiatives and growth projects What You Bring 4 years’ experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice Chartered Accountant qualification (or near completion) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field Strong leadership potential and a long-term vision for partnership Excellent communication, organisational skills, and client-first mindset Expertise in practice management platforms like MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks - or a strong aptitude for learning new systems Video
