The key duties of the position include We are seeking experienced and motivated Scrum Masters to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology area. As a Scrum Master, you will work across multiple teams and areas fostering and growing Agile principles, processes and practices. You'll balance delivery requirements with critical improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and Agile excellence. You'll lead complex Agile events, providing recommendations and managing outcomes. You will utilise your proven knowledge and expertise in applying Agile techniques and practices across multiple delivery teams, uplifting our Agile maturity and sustainable delivery. You'll own the development of a suite of re-usable techniques, practices and guides, along with supporting their adoption within our Agile Centre of Excellence.
