What You’ll Be Doing Supporting perioperative workflow and maintaining timely theatre schedules Communicating effectively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and nursing teams Demonstrating sound clinical judgment and adaptability in a busy environment Promoting a culture of safety, empathy, and respect across all interactions About You You are a motivated and confident Nurse who takes pride in delivering exceptional care. Your calm, solution-focused approach allows you thrive as part of a collaborative team and navigate challenges with professionalism. You will also demonstrate: Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in perioperative/ Scrub Scout nursing. Excellent communication, time management, and clinical decision-making skills. A flexible and proactive approach to patient care. Remuneration A base hourly rate, based on experience level and qualifications: Enrolled Nurses: $35.78 - $39.96 superannuation applicable penalty rates (QLD EEN level 1.1 – 2.6) Registered Nurses: $41.89 - $54.01 superannuation applicable penalty rates (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1.2-1.8) Why Join our Team?
