As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play an essential role in supporting perioperative workflow. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting perioperative workflow and maintaining timely theatre schedules Communicating effectively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and nursing teams Demonstrating sound clinical judgment and adaptability in a busy environment Promoting a culture of safety, empathy, and respect across all interactions About You You are a motivated and confident Nurse who takes pride in delivering exceptional care. Your calm, solution-focused approach allows you thrive as part of a collaborative team and navigate challenges with professionalism. You will also demonstrate: Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in perioperative/ Scrub Scout nursing. Excellent communication, time management, and clinical decision-making skills. A flexible and proactive approach to patient care. Remuneration A base hourly rate, based on experience level and qualifications: Enrolled Nurses: $35.78 - $39.96 superannuation applicable penalty rates (QLD EEN level 1.1 – 2.6) Registered Nurses: $41.89 - $54.01 superannuation applicable penalty rates (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1.2-1.8) Why Join our Team?
