Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect specializing in Claims and Disbursement to lead the design, implementation, and integration of SAP-based solutions for end-to-end claims processing and payment/disbursement management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Financial Services, Insurance, or Public Sector modules with a focus on claims management, disbursement workflows, and integration with finance and vendor payment systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the solution design and architecture for SAP Claims and Disbursement processes. Define and implement end-to-end business processes including claims intake, assessment, approval, and payment processing . Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical SAP solutions. Provide expert-level guidance on SAP modules such as SAP Claims Management (FS-CM) and SAP Disbursement (FS-CD) or equivalent frameworks. Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI/CO, MM, and other interfacing systems. Develop solution blueprints, functional specifications, and architecture diagrams . Collaborate with development and testing teams during build, UAT, and deployment phases. Drive system configuration, enhancements, and performance optimization . Provide thought leadership in SAP roadmap planning and future-state architecture. Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on knowledge in SAP FS-CD (Collections and Disbursements) and FS-CM (Claims Management) modules. Deep understanding of claims lifecycle (registration, adjudication, settlement, and payout). Experience with SAP FI integration , payment processing , and bank interfaces . Proficiency in business process mapping, solution design, and cross-module integration . Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, utilities, or government sector processes is a plus. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
