Toyota is looking for a Sales Operations Lead to join our Digital & Connected Experience Division, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of connected mobility for our fleet customers. This is not just a desk job - it's a hands-on, high-impact role where initiative, energy, and a customer-first mindset are key. If you're passionate about technology, operations, and making a real difference, we want to hear from you. This is a 2-year Max-Term opportunity based at CHQ Port Melbourne. How you'll make an impact Lead the operations of Toyota Halo, our connected fleet telematics platform, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support for customers. Be the go-to person for internal teams and customers - resolving issues, coordinating solutions, and driving continuous improvement. Deliver live demonstrations of the Toyota Halo platform to prospective fleet clients, helping grow subscriptions and deepen engagement. Support national sales, regional teams, and dealers with aftersales service and customer success initiatives. Collaborate with the Toyota Halo Contact Centre, ensuring they're equipped to provide top-tier product and sales support. Facilitate forums and stakeholder communications, keeping everyone aligned on customer plans, progress, and technical challenges. Own technical issue resolution, working closely with product and engineering teams to embed enhancements and ensure operational excellence. Your attributes - If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you! Degree-qualified or equivalent experience. A proactive, energetic attitude - you're someone who takes ownership and isn't afraid to get hands-on. Experience in project management, product operations, or connected services, ideally with 2 years in a similar role. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - you know how to bring people together and get things done. Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-changing digital environment - you're quick to learn and adapt.
