Role Overview Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth across the region. Every day, you'll be out in market hunting for prospects, sparking conversations, and securing new opportunities to consistently hit and exceed targets. Weekly, you'll work with the sales team to review pipeline strength, assess performance, and fine-tune your strategy. Monthly, you'll deliver clear reports and forecasts that highlight results, showcase wins, and ensure alignment with broader business goals. In this pure hunter role, you'll directly influence the company's growth by building new relationships from the ground up and relentlessly pursuing fresh opportunities. Your ability to generate and close new business will play a major role in driving revenue. Partnering closely with the Regional Sales Manager, you'll sharpen your approach, elevate your performance, and contribute to a high-performing, fast-moving team. Responsibilities Develop and execute a high-volume prospecting strategy focused solely on generating new business across your territory Identify and target high-potential prospects, conducting deep research to understand their operations, challenges, and buying triggers Build and maintain a strong pipeline by consistently initiating outbound calls, emails, visits, and follow-ups to secure new opportunities Drive new customer acquisition by booking meetings, delivering tailored presentations, and demonstrating clear commercial value Use advanced questioning techniques to uncover pain points, create urgency, and position solutions that differentiate the offering Qualify leads thoroughly to ensure strong conversion potential and prioritise opportunities that align with growth objectives Present and negotiate competitively, with a strong focus on winning new clients and bringing them onboard efficiently Use strategic discovery conversations to identify decision-makers, reveal buying cycles, and accelerate deal progression Candidate Profile 2-3 years' proven sales experience in a target-driven, hunter-style role Strong prospecting, cold outreach, and deal-closing capability Confident communicator able to engage prospects and pitch with impact Thrives in fast-paced environments with high self-motivation and resilience Results-driven mindset with a passion for winning new business and driving growth Culture & Benefits This fast-growing, globally recognised company is a leader in its industry, with a strong presence across multiple sectors.
