This role will sit with supporting team members in Australia & the Philippines who sell across the APAC region. To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the sales process, strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Benefits Even though this is a 12-month contract, you will have the opportunity of extension and/ or may transfer to FTE. Offering a daily rate equivalent to $160k - $170k Super. Hybrid working model - 2/3 days in the office and the rest from home. Your role will be working in a fast-paced environment filled with highly motivated sales team members who are all fuelled by the passion to succeed. Paid public holidays and wellness recharge days throughout the year. What Will You Be Doing? Onboarding Deliver and improve onboarding programs for new sales hires, including product training, sales methodology, and structured learning paths. Call Coaching Review sales calls, identify skill gaps, run call calibration sessions with managers, and recommend training based on call trends. Sales Skills Training Design and deliver training on prospecting, discovery, value-based selling, closing, and other core sales skills through workshops and coaching. Product & Continuous Learning Work with Product Marketing to deliver product and feature updates. Create learning materials and ensure content alignment with global teams. Program Operations Track enablement activities, manage documentation, and participate in stakeholder meetings. You will work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing Leaders to ensure alignment with sales objectives and provide valuable insights to drive performance improvements. What Will You Bring? Business improvement/s & training methodologies within the Sales environment Worked in a Saas Software organisation. Experience in marketing, where you have an understanding of marketing automation platforms. Experience with modern sales enablement tools and techniques is also preferred. You can clearly and confidently convey information, whether training sellers or working with stakeholders. You seek to understand root causes, using curiosity, questioning, and listening to diagnose needs effectively. You can motivate and guide others to act, even without direct authority. You're comfortable using or learning data tools to measure enablement impact and inform decisions. You take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and act on them quickly.
