The Role As Sales Consultant, you’ll guide prospective residents through every stage of the purchase journey – from first enquiry to settlement. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound enquiries and deliver compelling sales presentations Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families Maintain CRM records and follow up leads with care and consistency Liaise with marketing, development, and legal teams to support the sales process Provide insights on buyer trends and contribute to sales strategy About You Proven experience in residential or project sales (off-the-plan highly regarded) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Professional, empathetic approach to customer service Ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets Passion for property and lifestyle-focused developments Why Join?
