RPG Developer Location: Preferably Melbourne, but candidates based in Sydney or Brisbane will also be considered. Employment Type: Contract Experience Level: Minimum 10 years Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced RPG Developer with expertise in RPGIII, RPGIV, and RPGILE to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial and/or insurance domains and the ability to work independently to meet defined deadlines. Experience with the I90 platform will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance applications written in RPGIII, RPGIV, and RPGILE . Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines. Work independently to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. Apply knowledge of the financial and/or insurance domain to align development with business requirements. Utilize expertise in the I90 platform (if applicable) to contribute to platform-related projects. Mandatory Skills: RPG Development: Strong hands-on experience with RPGIII, RPGIV, and RPGILE . Domain Expertise: Knowledge of financial and/or insurance industries. Ability to work independently and manage tasks within defined deadlines. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience working on the I90 platform . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience as an RPG Developer. Proven experience in developing and maintaining RPG applications. Exposure to projects in the insurance domain is highly desirable.
