Job Description Monitor, provide insights, and report on risks. Develop and embed risk management tools and frameworks. Assist with Risk and Control Self-Assessments. Identify and manage actions, incidents, and issues. Maintain the Lendi risk management system. Design and advise on best practice preventative and detective controls. Offer specialist advice on supplier risk and governance processes. Design and deliver operational risk and compliance training to stakeholders. Review, manage, and escalate identified risks according to policies and procedures. Prepare data for the divisional monthly risk reporting and facilitate sessions. Support ad hoc risk and compliance activities as needed.
