The Role: We are seeking a skilled Retail Manager to oversee store operations, manage staff, and drive sales performance. This leadership role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team development across our retail outlet(s). Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow. Lead, coach, and motivate store team members to achieve sales and service targets. Analyse sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to optimise revenue. Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation. Manage inventory, stock levels, merchandising, and ordering processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, OH&S regulations, and relevant legislation. Implement promotional campaigns and coordinate with marketing teams. Prepare reports on store performance, sales, and operational activities. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in [insert sector, e.g., fashion, convenience, supermarket]. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with retail POS systems, inventory management, and MS Office. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
