Job Description You will join this role on a 12-month contract to support the delivery of efficient, accurate and timely month end closes, reporting, forecasting, budgeting to senior management and the Board on a monthly, half yearly and annual basis (including IR reporting). You will lead finance business partnering with the Property, Engineering and Construction teams supporting commercial and strategic decision making Key responsibilities Manage the on time and accurate delivery of Retail monthly, half year and annual financial reports, monthly forecasting and weekly trade reporting Lead finance business partnering with the Engineering (FMG) and Construction teams supporting commercial and strategic decision making Partner with the Property team to provide financial modelling and support for property decisions Lead capital management of the Retail business including approval governance and forecasting Deliver accurate and timely budgets Ownership of the Retail general ledger financial recording and reporting structure, in conjunction with Group Finance Lead financial governance by maintaining Ampol Accounting Policies, Ampol accounting processes in conjunction with Group Finance Develop and drive continuous improvement in the reporting teams process to meet the developing needs of the business Analysis and interpretation of data, identification of issues/trends and implementation of corrective actions Stewardship of site-by-site impairment assessment and retail remediation provisions Engagement with external auditors as part of half year and full year reporting Interface with Investor Relations and Group Accounting to satisfy external reporting requirements. Active role in talent management and team development of direct reports and other Retail Finance team members
