RESTAURANT MANAGER Cremorne $85-90k SUPER Stunning Rooftop Venue Amazing Career Progression Seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team and ensure the smooth operation of a beautiful Melbourne rooftop venue. The ideal candidate will have proven passion for the industry, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing a high-volume, upscale dining establishment. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant. Manage and train staff to provide exceptional service to guests. Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality. Lead by example and motivate and inspire the team. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Monitor stock levels and manage ordering and purchasing. Be able to manage labour costs, rosters and POS. Coordinate with the kitchen to create a well rounded and strong team. About you: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an upscale, high end restaurant. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and genuine people skills. The ability to move at pace and stay cool under pressure. Strong knowledge and interest in wine and cocktails. Solid understanding of all costings related to running a busy restaurant.
