Bar Conte is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join their team in Sydney, NSW 2000 . Key Responsibilities: Supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Coordinating staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain efficient service. Monitoring food and beverage quality and ensuring consistency in presentation and service. Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to meet business targets. Handling customer feedback and resolving any service-related issues promptly. Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Assisting in the planning and implementation of promotional activities and special events. About you: Minimum of one year of experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to manage operations in a busy and dynamic restaurant environment. Sound understanding of food and beverage service standards. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per annum.
