Residential Cleaner / Maid (Subcontractor) – $40/hr Inner South-East Melbourne Simple & Clean is a residential home cleaning company working across the inner south-east. We’re looking for reliable subcontractor cleaners to take on ongoing weekly and fortnightly home cleaning jobs. You’ll be working in established client homes with consistent, regular work. This is not an employee role. You’ll invoice us for your hours and use your own equipment. What the Work Looks Like Regular home cleaning (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting, etc.) Mostly working in a team of two , with occasional solo jobs Visiting the same homes on a recurring schedule Submitting photos after each job to confirm completion and quality We’re Looking For Cleaners Who Are Reliable, consistent and take pride in doing the job properly Comfortable working both in a team and independently when required Able to follow a set cleaning process and maintain a strong standard of detail Good with time management and communication Must Have ABN Public Liability Insurance Current Police Check (or willing to obtain) Your own cleaning kit (vacuum, mop, cloths, products) A reliable car to travel between jobs Previous residential cleaning experience preferred Rate $40 per hour Areas We Service Caulfield, Carnegie, Malvern, Glen Iris, Armadale, Toorak, Hawthorn and surrounding suburbs.
