We are looking for Site Foreman's for High Rise Residential Apartments with Basement Car Parks and Swimming Pool Complex. Candidate Foreman: Ideally proven experience working on apartment developments or larger scale residential projects like townhouse, low rise developments Ability to lead by example and motivate the site team Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience Must have experience working in High Rise Apartments from earthworks to finishing trades Understand Building codes and Australian standards Key tasks & responsibilities will include: Scheduling work in line with project program Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel Coordinating sub-contractors and direct labour requirements Oversee WHS, including conducting daily pre-start meetings and routine site inspections Reporting to the Project Manager/ Director Role Details - Contract position with immediate start - Multiple project locations across Sydney - Competitive day rate - Potential for ongoing work Please forward updated resume and cover letter to info@payworx.com.au .
