We’re looking for a Reliability Compliance Supervisor to join the reliability team at our Allansford manufacturing site. You will ensure compliance across multiple asset portfolios, with a strong focus on electrical systems. You will be responsible for systems including: HV infrastructure Hazardous areas Instrument calibration Thermographic studies Fire systems Pressure vessels Fixed crane and mobile lifting equipment. In addition, you will also support the site with: Electrical SME for the site. Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies for electrical and hazardous areas. Coordinate inspections and remediation work with third-party contractors. Support CAPEX and non-CAPEX project works. Foster collaboration and ensure compliance with WHS policies. About you Tertiary qualification in electrical engineering or trade qualification in electrical. HV and EEHA qualifications. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance/reliability within FMCG or similar industry. Strong administration, communication, and team coordination skills. Experience with SAP CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite. Positive attitude and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
