Release Manager – Insurance Permanent - $180,000 Inclusive. Growing technology landscape Hybrid working – Sydney. We’re looking for a confident and outcomes-driven Release Manager to join a leading General Insurance organisation that’s delivering a major uplift across its technology landscape. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys creating order from complexity, and isn’t afraid to speak up and take ownership. About the Role: You’ll play a key part in shaping and embedding the organisation’s release management frameworks, ensuring technology releases are planned, governed, and delivered seamlessly across multiple programs of work. You’ll work closely with Technology, EPMO, and delivery teams to bring structure, consistency, and visibility to the release process — helping the organisation mature its end-to-end release capability. What You Bring: Proven experience as a Release Manager or Senior Technology Delivery Lead in complex environments (financial services or insurance experience ideal). Strong understanding of release management processes, governance, and frameworks. Confident communicator who can engage and influence at all levels. Experience working closely with PMO/EPMO functions and technology delivery teams. A proactive, organised mindset — someone who drives structure, not just follows it.
