About the Role: Plenti is growing fast and we’re looking for a driven, energetic Relationship Manager to join our Consumer Lending team. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, love building strong relationships, and have a passion for helping brokers succeed, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Relationship Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of brokers, drive loan volume, increase engagement, and deliver an exceptional broker experience. You’ll work closely with your state Business Development Manager to activate new brokers and fuel ongoing business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for your broker portfolio, delivering fast, accurate and responsive support • Manage a strong sales pipeline of consumer car loans and personal loan applications, focusing on converting quotes into settled loans • Activate new and non-transacting brokers to expand market reach • Meet sales activity expectations and maintain accurate CRM records • Develop tailored sales strategies to drive loan origination and activity growth • Partner closely with your state BDM to provide unmatched support to shared brokers • Represent Plenti professionally, building trust and confidence with all brokers and partners About You: • 1 years’ experience in sales or finance account management, preferably within broker or third-party channels • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs • Strong communication and negotiation skills across varied stakeholders • Excellent organisation and time-management abilities • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to overcome objections • A proactive, growth mentality — you love chasing opportunities and driving growth • Some knowledge of lending products or credit risk is preferable, but not essential Why You’ll Love Working Plenti • Opportunity to grow your career in a high-performing, supportive team • Dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions make a real impact • Work with a brand that brokers trust and value What's life like at Plenti?
