The Role The Sales department is an integral part of the Pepper team. By providing first class service to both our Brokers and customers, they ensure the continued growth of Pepper across Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a Relationship Manager to generate new business in line with the Company’s key sales growth strategies through business supply leads and the strong leadership of the Pepper team. You will be responsible for managing and developing an assigned portfolio of mortgage introducers, maintaining regular communication and building strong, ongoing partnerships. Identify opportunities and assess prospective mortgage introducers, undertake research and analysis to develop business cases for new business targets. Gain leads and establish new business through networking existing relationships. Provide weekly written reports including key feedback and tracking performance against targets. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of company policies and procedures to maximize acquisition and retention of brokers and their customers. About you Strong relationship management skills at all levels with the ability to translate customer needs into a complete solution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer service ethic.
