This is a full-time position with an hourly rate salary and various benefits including training, parking, and flexible hours. Job Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a general practice setting Assess patient needs and develop care plans (training will be proivided) Triage patients over phone or face to face and book appointment with doctors accordingly Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention Provide child and adult immunisation Collect blood/specimen for pathology if pathology nurse is not availble and is urgent. (pathology onsite) Check, order and keep records of clinical consumables (Training provided) Help with the front desk in patient booking, answerring patients health related queries and arranging follow up with test results Job Requirements: 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred. Enrolled Nurse also acceptable. If no experience, training will be provided. Bachelor's degree in nursing Registered with AHPRA and current. Australian citizenship or permanent residency. Working VISA or Temporary residency is also accepted.
