As a Practice Nurse , you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Key Duties Include: Immunisations and vaccinations (adult and childhood schedules) Wound care and management Chronic disease management (e.g. diabetes, asthma, heart disease) Health assessments and care plans ECGs, spirometry, and other clinical assessments Assisting with minor procedures Infection control and sterilisation Patient education and support Cold chain management and stock control Collaboration with GPs and the broader healthcare team What We’re Looking For: Current AHPRA registration Previous experience in General Practice (preferred but not essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team A caring, professional, and proactive approach to patient care
