About the Opportunity As a Registered Nurse, you'll be an advocate for our residents, using your passion to make a difference in their lives. And, as a leader, you'll empower your staff to do the same. You'll be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to our residents, this includes completing holistic assessments, developing appropriate care plans, and evaluating and determining clinical decisions that guide our care staff. Permanent Shifts - Monday and Tuesday 1000-1800 both weeks. About You Our ideal candidate has: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Ideally experience within aged care Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff Ability to perform daily clinical monitoring and review including specialised responsibilities Audits and compliance tasks Mentoring and leading nurses and care staff on best practice and care services Training and education for our staff Resident’s assessments and review, working closely with the RNs on the floor and the Care Manager, among other leadership responsibilities Flu & COVID vaccination Ability to support with Resident Admissions & Clinical Support. The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination and may need to complete a NDIS check.
