You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location. What does your new role look like? • Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents • Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive. • Perm Part Time 35 hours per week 10.00PM to 7.15AM Tuesday through to Friday. • Location 428 Racecourse road in Mornington. About you As well as being an Registered Nurse that has 6 to 12 months experience in Aged Care, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team. • AHPRA Registration and a bachelor’s degree in nursing • Experience in leading and training Care and Clinical team members whilst creating an engaging and supportive work culture • Proficiency using various systems, including online care management programs • Fully vaccinated for Influenza 2025 and COVID 19 . • Two years experience in aged care will be advantageous If you’re seeking a role with real purpose and where you can create meaningful resident relationships through your outstanding clinical care, simply apply today.
