Your new role: You will deliver high-quality, person-centred peri-anaesthesia nursing across the Peri-Operative Unit (Pre-Op, Anaesthetics, Theatre, PACU, Acute Pain Service). Working within an experienced team, you'll apply clinical judgement, support patient flow, and contribute to education and quality activities. Key responsibilities: * Provide safe peri-anaesthesia care: assessment, monitoring, pain management and recovery. * Escalate concerns and act on deterioration, applying appropriate escalation and risk processes. * Maintain accurate clinical records and EMR documentation (admissions, discharges, transfers). * Participate in unit quality activities, audits and evidence-based practice improvement. About you: You're a resilient, competent peri-operative RN who communicates clearly, prioritises under pressure and models professional practice: * Demonstrat peri-operative/anaesthetic nursing experience (theatre, PACU or acute pain). * Strong clinical assessment, monitoring and postoperative pain management skills. * Confident with EMR/documentation and ability to maintain accurate clinical records. * Able to work rostered shifts and on-call as required; flexible and reliable.
