You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff. Must have full working rights in Australia. However, if you have at least 2 years' experience in Nursing in Australia and at least 1 of those as an RN in Aged Care, we would consider your application for sponsorship for a full time role. Registered Nurse with current registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Proven ability to deliver person centre care that respects the dignity and worth of the individual. Current Senior First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) Able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes) Who we are?
