Provide key information about the role. Key Responsibilities: Provided clinical assessment and expert nursing care in collaboration with patients, their family/carers and the multidisciplinary team. Provide direction and support to the nursing staff Assessing patient, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments Educating patients and their families Documentation and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
