Job Description Multiple locations across Regional NSW, QLD, and VIC | Full-time Make a real difference in the lives of older Australians by joining the nursing team at one of our partner aged care facilities across NSW, QLD, and VIC. As an Aged Care RN, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting their health, independence, and overall wellbeing. You’ll work closely with a dedicated care team and have the opportunity to build strong connections with residents and their families. Enjoy excellent rewards, flexible opportunities, and great career support while working directly with our client: Salary packaging benefits of up to $15,900 of your annual salary, plus allowances Highly competitive salary based on experience Direct employment with the facility Full-time job security Various shifts available Up to 45 days of paid leave per year 17.5% leave loading Employee wellbeing support program Multiple locations available across NSW, QLD, and VIC Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily care in line with each resident’s care plan Encourage social and physical engagement with residents Assess resident conditions, manage risks, and coordinate appropriate care Administer medications safely and monitor for adverse effects Mentor and support Personal Carers, Enrolled Nurses, and other team members Ensure clear shift handovers with accurate documentation Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and aged care standards About You We’re looking for compassionate, dedicated professionals who are committed to making a positive impact. You will have: Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care (preferred) Strong communication skills tailored to older adults Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities An understanding of dementia care Knowledge of AN-ACC funding and Aged Care Standards A commitment to continuous improvement and best practice Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorship available) Why Work with Our Client?
