This role will see you: Work between all areas in DOSA - Admissions, Pre-op Hold & 2nd/3rd Stage Recovery Preparing patients undergoing day procedures before their entry into theatre Discharging patients’ post-procedure and providing education on what to expect Ensure high-quality care is delivered to all our patients Flexibility to work across a seven-day rotating roster, including morning, afternoon and evening shifts, is critical for this role. Y our Skills and Experience Current registration with the AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse Minimum two years of post-graduate experience in an acute care setting. Recent experience in Day Surgery or Surgical Wards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Remuneration A base hourly rate, based on experience level and qualifications: Registered Nurses : $41.89 - $54.01 superannuation applicable penalty rates (QLD Registered Nurse/Midwife Level 1.2-1.8) Enrolled Nurses: $35.78 - $39.96 superannuation applicable penalty rates (QLD Enrolled Nurses Level 1-2) Why Join our Team?
