About the Role This is a hands-on, multi-site position overseeing visual presentation across Sydney. You'll translate the brand vision into inspiring in-store moments - ensuring every space tells a story, drives sales, and feels unmistakably on brand . Key Responsibilities Execute national VM directives with precision and flair Style, curate, and elevate product presentation to enhance the customer journey Partner with Store Managers and Senior Leaders to deliver consistent brand execution Coach and empower teams to bring visual excellence to life Drive key campaign launches, floor moves, and seasonal layouts Balance creative direction with strong commercial understanding About You You live and breathe fashion. You understand how to make a store feel inviting, fresh, and aspirational. You're confident in your aesthetic, but equally comfortable with data, strategy, and influencing others.
