Join Us and Make an Impact Honeywell is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales professional to join our LenelS2 team in Australia. Based in our North Ryde office, this role is ideal for someone with a strong background in enterprise electronic security systems and a passion for driving growth in a competitive market. You’ll be working closely with security consultants and targeting key players in the electronic security industry. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of the LenelS2 Enterprise Security Product Portfolio across Australia. Manage the full sales cycle, including technical consultation, quoting, and closing. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, integrators, specifiers, and end-users. Collaborate with internal teams on large-scale and complex projects. Deliver monthly reports on pipeline, wins/losses, and market trends. Execute a territory plan to grow and retain customer base. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 5 years in integrated security sales. Strong knowledge of security systems; LenelS2 experience highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
