About the role: Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a variety of contracts, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and scalability. Advise and collaborate with sales, partners, procurement, and other departments to manage agreements and business activities effectively. Work with the People team to address local employment law matters and employee relations. Offer comprehensive legal support for global and local business needs. The ideal candidate: 7 years of experience as an in-house lawyer or in a leading law firm, with a strong focus on Commercial IT transactions and contracts Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage various agreements, including professional services, business, and IPT contracts. Strong strategic thinking, legal judgment, and ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines, with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
