Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment/Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for sourcing candidates for new clients, as well as nurturing existing relationships in your desk. Your primary focus (but not limited to) will be on the manufacturing, trades, logistics, and warehousing sectors. You will have the opportunity to put your skillset and knowledge to work in order to create a significant impact in the region! Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes to identify top talent for our clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their unique needs and delivering exceptional service. Abiity or willingness to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement to candidate placement and beyond. Proactively identify emerging trends and market opportunities within your designated sectors. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment initiatives and deliverables. What we're looking for in our ideal candidate: Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong focus on recruiting quality candidates, closing sales and account management/development. Strong understanding of the manufacturing, construction, logistics, and warehousing industries, with the talent to identify opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a drive to exceed targets and drive growth. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
