We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Construction & Property team. Working with a range of project management consultancies and developers, you will focus on the recruitment of project mangers and development managers to lead Victoria's largest construction projects. The desk has been established for over 10 years, with PSAs and agreed terms in place with a range of clients, and a well-developed candidate base. The role is ideally suited to a seasoned recruitment consultant with experience working within the construction and property sector. The role provides a pathway to a Principal Consultant or Team Leader position, should people leadership be of interest. About You Managing a key desk in the business, you’ll be a highly experienced 360º recruitment consultant. You’re motivated by performance, driven by results, and committed to delivering for customers. You value being part of a supportive team and celebrate the success of the team as well as your own.
