Key Responsibilities Work directly with clients/customers in fast paced Blue Collar environment Confidently conduct site/client visits to maintain business and conduct toolboxes (can be trained) Source reliable candidates for the general staffing team across all clients in our portfolio, this will involve high volume phone calls and screenings Conduct candidate/client care calls Create active candidate pools Write and place advertisements for active roles Conduct functional assessments Handle a high work volume and be able to skilfully multitask Conduct your duties inline with all Toll Groups policies Attend company training sessions as required Skills & Experience Must have recruitment experience Strong organisational skills: Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Communication: A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people on the phone and through video calls Customer-focused: Previous experience in customer service, sales, a call centre, or similar role is a bonus, but not essential Must be collaborative and team focused Benefits Be part of the Toll Group, one of Australis leading employers Work as part of a close knit team in a great culture Training provided Parking onsite Full Time Mon-Fri Work Life Balance Flexibility WFH Temp role with opportunity Kemps Creek location About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
