About the Role This dynamic role combines front-of-house professionalism with behind-the-scenes coordination. As the first point of contact for residents, clients, visitors, and team members, you’ll provide exceptional reception and administrative support while helping drive our People Experience initiatives, including events, engagement activities, and staff recognition programs. You’ll manage day-to-day office operations, respond to enquiries with warmth and efficiency, and contribute to a positive, values-driven environment where people feel supported and connected. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional reception and administrative support to ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and visitor management with attention to detail and discretion Support People Experience programs such as staff events, celebrations, and engagement initiatives Assist with communications, logistics, and organisation-wide activities that bring our culture to life Provide general office and project support to the broader People & Culture team About You You’re proactive, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
